| - If I could give this apartment zero stars, I would, and here is why:
First impressions are everything.
Normally, when you walk into a leasing office, of any apartment complex, the front desk leasing agents greet you whether they are busy or not. And if they are busy, they are supposed to say, " hello, I will be right with you shortly." That was not the case when my husband, mother-in-law, and I walked into this complex this afternoon.
We walked into the waiting area, there were two leasing agents: Tiffany and Aubrey. Tiffany was on the phone, and Aubrey was not acknowledging us at all while looking down at her desk. We stood there for 5 minutes before being asked by Aubrey, "what can I help you with?" No greeting, no anything. At this point we are all irritated and annoyed, and proceeded to ask to see an apartment. However, instead of listening to me as I was trying to get her attention, Aubrey decides to address my husband- whom was not interested in speaking to her since she rudely ignored us when we first walked in. Aubrey then proceeds to ask my husband, rudely, was he "hard of hearing." This was offensive and highly insulting since she was ignoring us from the moment we walked inside! My husband, however, told her that she was being unprofessional and that USUALLY customers are greeted by leasing agents REGARDLESS of if they are busy, since Aubrey dismissed us by saying she " I didn't see you all walk in because I was busy looking down at my desk." Aubrey then AGAIN rudely dismissed me and my mother-in-law trying to view the model apartment by saying to Tiffany, "they aren't interested anymore," so I had to address her personally, letting her know that she (Aubrey) was rude and unprofessional, and if she didn't want to greet customers, get out of customer service hunny.
Needless to say, I will be calling to speak with management, IMMEDIATELY, and we will NOT be leasing from this company, due to an extremely rude employee- Aubrey.
