  • I went there last week and not even a full days after my appointment my gel nails came off. They were not applied correctly and began to lift from the cuticle fairly quickly. And don't get me started on the cuticles the next day my cuticles began to peel you know when they are not cut properly and start to lift up. Also, my experience here wasn't the best, I just got engaged and wanted my nails to look nice for the pictures I was sat with Andy whom seemed irritated to begin with. I picked my colors, and the color was not like the one displayed on the nail example, mind you I only picked that color for 1 nail the ring finger not all of the fingers. So I kindly asked before he cured it can I choose another glitter color because that one was way darker than expected. He didn't understand me and asked another nail tech to ask me she confirmed it was too dark and not like the one featured on the nail. She suggested a lighter glitter color to the one I asked for, which was great. Except the color was lighter in density so I asked if he could please add a 4th coat on that one particular nail, again asking before he added the final coat or cured it. And again he seemed irritated! I just wanted my nails done so I could show my friends and family the ring, but I got attitude and a manicure that didn't even last a full week! I gave 1 star for the customer service I received from my nail tech and for the crappy gel manicure I received I feel bad I wasted money. The very least my gels should have stayed on 2 to 3 weeks not lifting within the first 2 days and completely lifting within 4-5!
