  • If you looking for property management DO NOT USE THEM!!! Jessica is the one doing my property management, I can not find her at all!!! My tenant contract expired, she never go extend it & she charges me renew fees!!! Finally, my contract expired with her. When I send her a termination notice email in October. She said she will close me out in November. After that, she just disappeared!!! Then December she closing me out, BUT she charged me $100 early termination fee!!! And another accounting close out fee for another $100. I don't even know what that for??? And she still charges management fee for the month of December!!! You can not find her at all!!! She set up her phone cannot receive text messages & voice massages. And when you try to email her, she doesn't responds. You go to her office, she is not there!!! If you want do business with a phantom please do so.
