  • Wonderful shop! Everyone is fun, polite, courteous and conscientious. Derrick Neu did a quick drawing on a small piece for my back and he couldn't have been more professional in his efforts to make me comfortable and happy. He also did a small custom piece for my friend's wrist during the same visit and she was equally pleased. This was only my 6th tattoo, but I'll definitely returning for future work. Great guy! My only plausible complaint/suggestion would be that they make their clients aware that it is *cash only*. This is clearly stated regarding their art pieces on the wall, but when filling out the information & consent form the client is asked how they're planning to pay and Visa/MasterCard are options offered (which I opted for on my paperwork), so it was a little irritating to be told AFTER all of the work was completed that I'd have to walk down to a restaurant in the adjoining shopping area to use their ATM & come back to pay. But that's not a complaint about Derrick's work as I've said. Still very happy. :)
