  • The doctor was fine, but the "sales-y" guy afterwards was not. I was trying to try on different glasses, and he just kept handing me different pairs, saying he thought he knew what would look best on me. He was very persistent and would not let me browse on my own, as I indicated I wanted to do. The WORST part of it all is the lack of customer service. I decided to purchase my glasses elsewhere due to lofty prices at My Eye Dr. I called not once, not twice, not three times, but FOUR times and spoke with a woman at the front desk named Trudy who said my prescription would be emailed to me. After four times, I still have not received my prescription and am beyond frustrated as I can't purchase glasses without it. I plan on talking to my insurance company to see if I can be refunded and go to a different doctor. Do not recommend, at all.
