  • Raymond and his guys really know their cars. Even though I drove my car back to California to get it repaired I do believe they knew what they were doing. When I entered the shop Raymond came out and greeted me with a big hug and kissed my cheek. I was from out of town and came in with my ABS pump needing replaced. I did not like that I had to give a check up front. German car parts are expensive and I would like to think i am trusted. I decided after getting a better price on the part to drive it back to CA for the car to be fixed. Raymond refunded my money for the part. He is an honest man, he returned my close to 1300 for the part. I think Raymond just like other mechanics and auto dealers are UNFAIR to woman. Like most men will pull a fast one on you he thinks he can get over on you. I would give him 5 on diagnosis and knowledge and a 3 customer service. I got the run around but he did refund me. Ladies, this guy doesn't seem like an old man to me. He was nice and pretty charming. He even drove me to the bank with him for the refund. I got really upset with him and when I cried he just patted my knee, said it would be OK. I was having a bad time in Vegas while on business. He tried to make it up to me. His guy took my fuse out so my car wouldn't make the noise. I guess it helped that his mechanic owned the same car. Auto places are the shady. Even my relative that owns a shop didn't do better.
