  • My Mom took her Shit Tzu/Maltese here for a 1:00 grooming appt. When she returned at 5:00 to pick up her dog, she had not been touched!! She had been put in a crate and left there for 4 hours. We were told that we would have to come back at 9:00 p.m. to pick her up. An 8 hour grooming appointment is ridiculous and unacceptable. We took the dog at 5:00 (UNTOUCHED IN 4 HOURS) and left. We will never go back.
