As a first time mom, I came into this store expecting to buy the best of the best and to also have sales associates actually help me. I wanted to buy an uppa baby stroller, a crib and changing table, a bassinet and some other accessories. After walking around for quite some time, one sales associate asked me if I needed help and I asked her a very simple question about a crib conversion and she had no idea of the answer. She just read me the info sheet of what I already knew and ran off. Not sure where she had to run off to- my husband and I were the only customers in the store. After walking around again for quite some time wondering how products worked, I noticed three other sales associates standing in the back all talking to each other about personal life things. For such a high quality store, I would expect high quality service as opposed to Wal-Mart service. I am extremely disappointed and I will just buy most of the high quality products I wanted online now. Shopping for baby things as a first time mom can be extremely stressful and confusing and it's a shame that the sales associates they hired don't do their jobs because this store could be a lot better.
