  • Went to H&M Monday night last week (02/12/18). My sister and I were doing last minute Valentine's Day shopping. We knew the store was closing in about 10-15mins. But since I got off work at 10 we rushed from North Las Vegas to the strip takes about a good 20-30 mins. Point is we got there we were rushing each other. Then we went to the 3rd floor and a sales associate was like "we close in 4 mins!!!" in a very rude tone. Then got to the cash register the girl there was also very rude ! She just threw the bag throws me instead of handling it to me or threw it in a nicer way. I understand you guys were about to close but don't be rude about it. Won't be going back !!!
