I ordered the Regina, and honestly was a little disappointed. The buffalo mozz seemed bland and there was way too much olive oil on it, more of a drenching than a drizzling. The tomatoes were fresh, just wish there was like a quarter ounce more to make the flavors pop a bit more. The crust, being stone fired, was superb, soft and chewy yet not flimsy with a tinge char from the oven. Also, while the modern cafe setting seems great for lunch, doesn't really seem like one for dinner.
