  • this hotel management is HORRIBLE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! the hotel was booked by tons of people staying for a festival. lots of young kids and the hallways smelt slightly of marijuana. management was going door to door harassing EVERYONE staying there of smoking pot, and threatening a 100$ smoking fee. me and my friends do not smoke and had nothing to do with this. i had an exchange of words with management who claimed everyone was smoking, and immediately checked my account, she CHARGED ME. i attempted disputing the charge because it was false accusations and i'm not going to let a hotel company rip me off 100$. the lady refused to let me speak to someone higher up in management and wouldn't let me or even assist me with the issues. contacted corporate, no help. so, i contacted my bank and YES IM GETTING MY DAMN REFUND FOR A FRAUDULENT, innacurate charge. I HOPE YALL SEE THIS REVIEW TOO :) please take my advice everyone, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! horrible weekend i wish i could get the whole thing refunded it was all a nightmare :(
