  • It is a disappointing experience with Budget Movers. I checked the reviews and there are only 3 reviews and all of them are best. So I gave them a try. They came on time, that is good. But each time they took the boxes to their truck, they took a long time to come back. I went out and saw them just relaxing there. besides, they used the little cart for moving, bouncing down 3 floor and your things cannot be taken care of (luckily I don't have very good furniture). Worse, they destroyed the stairs of our new apartment (luckily the office didn't ask us to compensate. the office sent the maintenance staffs spend more than an hour to fix it, and we felt so sorry about that). 1 bedroom apartment (without dinning and chairs),within 15 miles, they took 4 hour.
