  • I also purchased a package from groupon for this spa and was not able to get ahold of them for weeks. There is no receptionist and there is never anyone that answers the phone. I left several messages and then started getting that their mailbox was full. I finally received a call back and they asked if i was a new client and then said that they were not going to be taking new clients for 6 weeks. Also, they were saying that their IPL facial machine was broken and it would not be fixed for a couple months. This company needs to stop putting deals on the internet. I had to get a refund from groupon.
