rev:text	Nice addition to the Surprise area breakfast choices. My wife and I had breakfast at Biscuits today. The atmosphere is "modern industrial". A bit noisy but, having a busy restaurant is a good sign. This is the only reason it gets a 4. Not easy to have a quiet conversation. We had their Apple Cinnamon French Toast Combo and Avocado Benedict along with a Cinnamon Roll. The portions are really large next time we may consider splitting breakfast. The French Toast Combo was fluffy and the custard base was excellent, not too sweet. My wife's Benedict was filled with healthy veggies and perfect poached eggs. Her serving of hash browns was ample and she shared a ton with me. It's hard to find an interesting and good place for breakfast in Surprise; however, Biscuit's will be a place that we come back to for lunch and breakfast. Our cost for French Toast, Avocado Benedict, Cinnamon roll and two coffees came to $33.12 with tax. This is comparable to other restaurants in the area.
