  • I would prefer not to start my stay with an apology for my floor being under construction and offering me a voucher for a buffet breakfast - for which the cost of goods is probably $2.00 tops. Having stayed at this hotel previously... and paying a much higher rate than my previous stay (yes, I do understand supply and demand, summer season, etc.) I was disappointed. There are many more hotels that are much more special and in the heart of Toronto. I have stayed at several (Cosmopolitan, Pantages among others) and will move back downtown on my next trip.... this was hardly better than the Don Valley, which is a fraction of the cost.
