  • Renovations look nice but don't work for the poorly constructed building. Noise outside was bad enough (you can hear conversations through the wall), then these geniuses put hardwood floors upstairs. I can hear EVERY STEP my neighbors take. The traffic nearby is awful. And the staff... just impossible. Try calling the office at 10am. Nobody will be there. Try at 11. Same. Try at 2pm. Guess what? Nobody will be there. Try walking in and you'll find 3-5 residents lined up to speak with the ONE person working (of the 4 desks they have set up) Constant renovation projects, poor management, bad location, shoddy buildings, and stupidly high rent. If a zero star rating were possible, Catherine would get that.
