  • I love the people i deal with at key mnmt. The only wait i have is when they need to contact the owner, who is out of state. Never have to wait long though. They have been great with us. I have been dealing with them for well over 6 years and i love them. Never experienced any of the problems mentioned in other comments. We moved once and got our whole deposit back. All companies have up to 45 days to send deposits back (could be 30 days). We wanted to move back to the same house, and we did (luckily it was available). I would never use another company, or rent from a relative again. It has a lot to do with how you speak to them, in my opinion. I have never had a problem.
