I hired Brooke last year to help me fuel for my first 50 miler. I am a fitness trainer and running coach but didn't have enough background in fueling for endurance which is where Brooke came along ;). Not only did the get me through my first 50 miler in Feb 2016, yesterday I completed by 5th 50K and a lot of my success has to do with my fueling! I use her advice on a daily basis when I'm tracking my food and especially on race day. I have never had any stomach/GI issues and always finish strong! I can't recommend her enough!
