  • The apartments are nice however the staff is severely lacking. Once you move in, you're screwed.?it takes forever to get a repair order fixed. It takes calling another sister property to get a hold of anyone, they frequently set the phones to a voicemail and then try and tell you they're the only one there. There's no communication between staff, I asked to be notified when a 3 bedroom became available, I was told I would be notified and that there was a waiting list, only to be told 2 months later there was no waiting list and that they could not call me to notify me that they had so many residents it would be impossible to remember to notify me but that I was welcome to call every month and check. The staff is the worst I've ever dealt with. They're not rude but they're totally incompetent. Any question they're asked is a no always with a smile or a icky sweet tone but still a no or they can't or it will be a while. They don't meet expectations and God forbid they go out of their way to get any request or job done. They basically collect a paycheck and that's it!!! The apartments are older so they're large and the grounds are kept up, however over the summer the "hot tub" was mostly cold and the pool wasn't being taken care of regularly and was frequently locked . These apartments would be fabulous if they were better staffed.
