  • The building has an odd smell and it was covered up with a lot of air freshner, this was my biggest hold up. Then again, most places downtown do have that same smell, it wasn't repulsive...just enough to catch your attention. Never in my life have I had the 'WOW factor' when getting a food item out as I had with the chicken and waffles here. It wasn't just us, pretty much everyone was looking over as it was being served with the same reaction. The food was INCREDIBLE. Everything in this pile had distinct flavors yet blended together perfect. It was honestly unlike anything I've ever had and I'm itching to go back. My mother and I split it and were more than full. This isn't your standard meal! We went around 2pm and we got right in. Staff was friendly, nothing exceptional but no complaints. All food being served looked equally good.
