  • This is a pretty standard Starbucks. There are a lot of very friendly employees that work here and manage to stay upbeat even when working on holidays. Parma is pretty devoid of coffee shops, so this Starbucks is always pretty busy--the drive thru always seems to have a line and when you go inside, there are always other customers in line too. The service can be a bit slow at times because I think they get backed up inside due to drive thru orders.
