  • They give you a tour so you're familiar with your surroundings and a little more at ease. They give you a list of things they have to make your visit more enjoyable (water, juice, headphones, iPads, TVs on the ceiling where you can watch Netflix...). It's really great. They take into consideration what your personal concerns are, and they work with you to find a game plan that tackles what you need done in the way you need to do it. I really appreciate their approach here.
