  • I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I could. My A/C stopped working, I called them out, Rich said it would be $1399.00 for a coil in the attic, blah blah blah. I was suspicious, called another company, they immediately found the leak on the outside unit and even took video. The other company fixed it that bill was $800.00 I feel like they were they intentionally ripping me off because I don't understand the heating and cooling jargon. Then the company calls my cell at least once a week to try and clean/service my unit andI have tried calling them about their fraudulent diagnosis and no-one has returned my calls yet....go figure. I bought my unit it four years ago and the Orangutan tech suggested that if something else happens with this unit it might be worth looking into getting a new unit. THEN.....he had the nerve to tell me Rheim has had problems with defective coils and they quit carrying Rheim A/C units. If the company knew the units were defective, why was I never called????? I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN, HUGE SCAM ARTISTS. All I want it my service fee back.
