| - Dont stay here...as a Hilton Diamond member, I have had my share of ups and down at Hilton properties across the country. This by far was the worst...picture this scenario...its halloween which usually brings out the "crazy" in people. Knowing that I was a rowdy college kid at one point, I tried to be understanding of the college kids having a party in the room across the hall...party started at 11:00 prompt...as the pumpkins, bumble bees and devils were accompanied by the zombies, sorority girls and baseball players, I thought maybe I should just turn on the TV...as I turned on the TV, I quickly found myself dazed and confused by the oh so sweet smell of mary jane...While mary jane was hanging out in my room for awhile and I began to relax, I quickly noticed the sound of DJ quick playing across the hall...wow, this was awesome, maybe there was a concert notification I missed at checkin. I quickly called the front desk to see if there was a concert in the hotel, the front desk said no...disappointed, I asked if she could send someone up to check on the hotel across the hall, because I am pretty sure DJ Quick was here and I wanted his autograph...I asked for the time, and she said 1230...about an hour later, the party was still going, only now it was spilled into the hallway...I thought "wow, a standing room only concert that was allowing the concert-goers to smoke the wacky tobacky in the hall, what was wrong with me, why wasnt I invited?"...I called the front desk to see if they could send the fire department because clearly the hall was on fire and the sprinklers were not going off....the front desk clerk said "yeah, the kids across the hall are having a party"...I asked if I could speak to someone who could put the fire out...no response as she was in charge.....finally I called at 150AM because the party was still going strong and they were now using my door as a support for the girl who clearly had drank too much jungle juice...once I said this, they sent two people to the 10th floor...upon arrival, they announced that the guy across the hall was threatening to call the police....I checked for my police costume, and it wasnt there...clearly they were mistaken...shortly thereafter, people realized it must be late, and DJ Quick ended his set and walked to the tour bus along with the 40 or so patrons in the room...it was the best party I never got invited too...#sadface #dontstayatthishiltonever.....hilton, you broke my heart with no invite to the party.
