  • Trainers are good but management is horrible, the managers has changed 4 different times but same owner since i have been there. When i cancelled my 6 month membership the prior management never did it and when I called in manager said he just took over and he would try to help and found out that they put me and my kid on 2 different memberships and they cancelled my membership right after they charged me and would not refund my money for both of our memberships. Do not sign up on any of there memberships as they lie to get you in and then mess up everything and then a new manager will come in and not sure what happened. So nothing will get resolved and manipulative acts be cautious.
