  • Amazing chewy crust (I asked, the friendly bartender said the secret is it's actually a bread recipe), sweeter plum tomato sauce, chill local staff, WALL of drafts in chalk because they change up, pizza and beer happy hour 3:30-5:30. Tuesday night balloon guy and all you can eat pizza buffet $7 6-8pm. Nice modest music volume and atmosphere during Happy Hour, can get busy during rushes and metered parking lot costs (but not hard to find a space, meters take nickels, quarters, and credit cards). Also an upstairs party room and outdoor deck depending on weather. Definitely recommend the Margherita pizza, with the buffalo mozzarella and fragrant fresh basil. Tonight I'm enjoying their signature Leopold Square Pizza with the amazing dough, lightly applied but flavorful marinara, sweet sautéed onions play great with the optional salty Anchovies to kick it up a notch (I get the fishies on the side because my wife doesn't like them, and Bado's accommodates). Seriously crave worthy pizza! I want to try the cannoli and Oreo waffle sundae sometime, but I always eat more pizza than I need and feel full, haha!
