  • My boyfriend and myself are regular comers to Yen and have never had a bad experience. We are always greeted with welcoming service and sat almost immediately. Tonight we came in and there was a wait of 30 minutes, according to the hostess, which seemed normal due to 4 groups ahead of us. She then sat us down within less then 10 minutes making it seem like our seating and dinner was important. The food ordered was beyond exceptional, environment enjoyable, but the service was just okay. Our server was nice at first when we gave our order, but didn't seem to come back to our table often leading me to ask the worker cleaning the table next to us for extra napkins instead, and multiple refills. However the workers almost always give much recognition and respect to the customers and make sure unnecessary plates are taken. This place takes their cuisine serious and try to make sure all customers feel appreciated and luxuriate in their meal. Would highly recommend Yen Sushi to anyone who adores sushi, for a deal of a price.
