  • Whoever said the MVD sucked never went here to conduct business. I received my new temporary license in about 15 minutes. The horrible photo was not their fault, but they do add about $15 in convenience fees. In this case, from all the horror stories I heard about MVD, paying that fee was well worthy. New license arrived in less than a week. I arrived at the office at 4pm and that is about when they close, but there was no wait. Finally the AZ government got something right.
