  • Absolutely terrible. On Thursday, I called for a Massage and facial there after. I asked for a female therapist. Upon arrival I found I was placed with a male therapist. Felt terrible for the gentleman or having to excuse myself. Waited for an hour to get my facial. Decided to give it another shot today. I called last night to make a 9am appointment for this morning, I'm told my appointment is on the 20th. Ummm. No. I'm then offered an appointment broken down into two sessions. I planned on spending 9-11am here and instead I'm offered 9:30 start for my first and 11am start for my second. So disappointed as this place has always been my go to. No apology or anything from the front desk. Absolutely terrible service for a member of 5 plus years.
