I went back to this Dunkin Donuts after swearing I'd go never go back. They screw up my order or take an absurdly long time to finish my order nearly 100 percent of the time. Well, surprise, they screwed my order up AGAIN and seem to have even worse employees than they did last year.
I am very patient and friendly to service workers. I know its a tough job and they are underpaid. But nobody here seems to care or hustle at all even when the line is insane. I don't blame employees for that, I blame management. You can't be a good coffee and breakfast place right next to the biggest skyscrapers in the city if your management is doing a terrible job hiring and training employees. Raise the pay or find new managers. Do something.
This is not rocket science...there are only so many ways to order a coffee or a bagel. If corporate Dunkin Donuts ever reads this, please know that you are tarnishing a good brand with this location.
