  • The first couple of times I went here I had good service, I had Andrea do highlights and a hair cut. She was great. But the last time, I took my daughter as well. Well, we had reservations, and apparently Andre, the guy that took care of my daughter cannot read time. Because he was outside who knows where, they had to go find him and 15 minutes late he started. And he wasn't gentle or careful, was pulling hair while brushing and didn't even try to dry the hair after the haircut, was dripping wet; I've gotten way better service from Great Clips for a lot less money.
