  • I went to Sole Sports to replace my running shoes. Penny, was very helpful. She brought out several shoes for me to try on. I decided that I wanted the latest version of the one that I wore in. She said that they could order it. When she checked the computer-it was impossible. This did not deter Penny. She checked on the shoe's website and it showed that the shoe was available in my size. Penny then called her customer service representative from the company and wondered why she couldn't get the shoe-but that it was available on line. The rep said she would look into it and get back to Penny. Long story-short, she was able to get the shoes I wanted. I picked them up today and they are perfect! I appreciate the effort that Penny put in on my behalf. I will definitely go back.
