Pretty good food for good prices. Decor and service were eh. I had the Medium spiced basil fried rice with chicken which was good and bright, jarringly, red. Very good though and couldn't complain about $7 dinner price.
Their spring roll was as expected, but the chicken skewer appetizer, while flavorful, was tiny. Overall, not a bad little neighborhood spot for cambodian/Vietnamese food in a place otherwise devoid of nothing but those options. Although, when you say Vietnamese on the outside, I just assume there would be pho on the inside, and in this case I was mistaken
