  • Be prepared to spend THOUSANDS of dollars just to have a company tell you to exercise and to get on what's basically the Atkins diet. I told the owner I didn't lose any weight and he blamed ME, basically accusing me of not staying on their program. He offered me four more sessions and I told him I'd rather have my money back because if the first 12 didn't work, why would the next four? Well the owner dodges my calls, emails and texts for six months when I finally am able to get a hold of him. Apparently he doesn't check all his emails or get half his texts (yeah right). He refused to give me a refund and said he needed to go because it was his lunch time. Give me a break. Save your money and DONT GO TO FAST FIT. Also, when I was there I saw signs all over the lobby offering free sessions to people who give five star reviews, don't buy into the hype!!! Also - Doug no need to respond to this. In my opinion you are not a reputable man and I wish I never stepped foot in your establishment. If I could give your business 0 stars I would, it doesn't even deserve 1 star!
