  • Mount Everest is my most favorite Indian buffet in Vegas. It must be for plenty others as well, because there is a bit of a wait during prime lunch hours! Smaller dining area and no waiting area leaves people packed in. Nonetheless, the wait is short and definitely worth it. Not as many food options as Mint, but everything that is offered is delicious and well seasoned with the perfect amount of spice. Great vegetarian options. Plain naan is offered at the buffet bar instead of brought to your table, which I prefer as there is no delay in waiting for your naan to be made.
