  • Dont lease with this company. The reason i rent is so if something happens they fix it. They treat us like we're section 8. Your rent money is not valued by this company. Ill give you some examples. 1. Had to call fire department in order to get them to replace hazardous furnace. 2. Oversized breakers and undersized wires. Electrical issue where they had 14 ga. Wire feeding garage with a 30amp breaker.(for those that dont understand electric, its how electric fires start) 3. Dead animal under house. Nothing like smelling death during the holidays plus 2 months after it was still there and they told me that I would need to pay for an exterminator even though they left a big gapping hole underneath the house. 4. Roof leaking. Their roofer told us that the leak is normal and there's nothing he can do about it. A roof that leaks is normal.hahahahahahahaha. 5. They cancel work orders when they receive them and wait for a month before they schedule the work. You would think it would be Haven calling to schedule work but nope it's some weird vendor that calls due to the fact that they don't hire anyone that can fix things. Poorly ran for customer service. 6. The list goes on and this company is inconsiderate and rude. Your money doesn't mean shit to this company. Don't waste it with them.
