We were looking for a hotel for our family to stay at for our wedding and came upon this Hilton. I booked 6 rooms through Expedia and prayed it would all workout. I called a few weeks before to see if all of the rooms could be on the same floor. The person helping me was so sweet and told me to call the night before so she could block off our rooms. I did just that. So when I went to check everyone in it turned out all the rooms were on the same floor plus the room for me and my now hubby was upgraded to penthouse. That was super sweet. From the moment we stepped out our cars at the valet everyone was extremely nice. I spoke with so many people I can't remember all of their names but here are a few that stood out. Niesha, KC, Brandon and Jose. I wish I could remember everyone at the desk around 4 different people helped me but I can't. The front desk even signed a card and sent a bottle of wine to our room.
The craziest thing was the night of my wedding when I got back to the room my bangle bracelet was stuck on my wrist and my wrist was starting to swell. After about an hour and 4 different people trying to remove this bracelet that turned out to have a broken clasp, I called the front desk. Jose the maintenance man came up and after he tried with no luck he took his tools and cut the bracelet off my wrist. Thank goodness because I was in pain. That customer service was way above just giving you a toothbrush you forgot or something.
Thank you Hilton for the wonderful rooms and great customer service. Oh yeah, if 10am is too early for a check out just call. They gave us a 12pm check out with no problem for all 6 of our rooms.
