It's been 9 months since purchasing my new Acura Mdx from Acura of Las Vegas. Everything was good until one day i took it in to have it washed by them as i get free car wash for life. I noticed a small paint chip located near the sunroof on the drivers side, didn't make a big deal about it. Made a appointment for a oil change and decided to get a wash since I was already there. When I got the car home only to notice a dent right near the paint chip, The paint chip in fact looked to be increasing in size , spoke over the phone with Jonathon about the dent when I finally had free time I drove down there to show the dent to Johnathon and he looked at the car, basically told me it did not happen there and I should come back tomorrow and talk with the service manager brad. carelessly I decided to have another car wash, then the car came back with a new dent and also chipped this time on the passengers side right by the sunroof. Johnathon saw the car 15 minuets earlier when I tried showing him the car after the car wash and new damage happened he refused to look at it and rudely suggested I show all of it to brad. Brad tired to tell me there's no other way to go besides claiming it on my insurance and I told brad that he should make things right. My insurance had nothing to do with this situation. So I tried to make contact with the general manager I called many times, and many calls went unanswered, even went there and they said he was in a meeting. So to sum this up I regret purchasing my car from Acura of Las Vegas and to this day nothing has been done in making this horrible experience go away.
