  • After living at the Galleria Palms Apartments for nearly one year, I have to say I have been very satisfied with the management, grounds, parking, quality of the apartments and the value I receive overall. The apartments are furnished with modern (at least from the last decade) of appliances. High ceilings, plush, yet inexpensive carpets, spacious bathrooms and storage spaces make this a perfect apartment for me. Located next to Arizona Mills Mall, I was a little hesitant, but the traffic to the mall is independent from the traffic by the apartments. I've never seen any crime take place and would have confidence that the apartment community is relatively secure. Tempe crime stats seem to support that this apartment community tends to have fewer crimes than other areas in the city. You can research these stats for yourself at http://www.tempe.gov/cau/aptmonth.htm and https://www.crimereports.com/ The management is very responsive and customer service focused should any questions come up. They've accommodated virtually any request I had. I'm a fairly hands-off resident and that's fine by me. Their online payment system works flawlessly and works great ensuring no missed or late payments. The only flaws are relatively minor. The gates are merely an illusion of security; piggybacking is a common occurrence among non-residents and pedestrians. The callbox doesn't really work aside from entering the code. The entry code itself is not unique to each resident. Also, ADOT is performing construction on the I-10/US-60 expansion located along the the west-end of the complex so construction vehicles frequently enter the complex. It would be great if solicitors wouldn't pepper their ads on doors. Again, these aren't major drawbacks, but I'd like to note these down as an opportunities for improvement. My concluding thought is that if you're considering a decent, affordable and complete apartment community to move into, Galleria Palms is definitely worth checking out. After checking nearly a dozen nearby apartment communities between Tempe and Scottsdale, none of them offer the amenities that this place does for one affordable rate.
