  • It was my second time here, my friend's first time. As a vegetarian (me) the options are rather limiting, but there are some options. We went to this location on Saturday, Dec 10 around 1:00 p.m. ish. No lines and were seated immediately. Service was friendly and portions are large. Not sure if the deejay is there all the time, but he was there Saturday, and boy was it annoying. There didn't seem to be a place in the restaurant where the music was quieter. We could not have a conversation for the entire meal. If this is a technique to insure quick turnover of tables they succeeded on our table. I think we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. We ordered a scramble with sundried tomatoes (me) and the grilled cheese sandwich for my friend. Both seemed more manageable than the massive portions of the waffles and chicken, or the wheel-sized pancakes. My scramble was OK, the grilled potatoes got cold halfway through the meal. Best part of the meal was the biscuit. My friend appreciated the grilled cheese sandwich but could only eat half and took the rest home in a box. With tip this meal was about $40. I guess you got to go here at least once to see if all of the hubbub from TV is worth it for you. Perhaps without the loud music I may have enjoyed it more. For me, the deejay and heavy base ruined the experience. I like to enjoy my food not having to feel the base of the music in my chest. The place is located in a rather depressing shopping mall and it feels all a bit dingy and dirty.
