If I could give this store 0 star rating I would but it the purposes of this review it will do. Long story short I went up to the Beauty supply warehouse and purchase my items. Then one of the associates named Joy swiped my card three times & claimed she only charged it once. I then thought maybe it was a malfunction with their machines so no big deal plus it was a chip reader. So then I check my account to see if I was charged more than once since she did swipe it more than once and well and behold there was three pending transactions on my account. Next she proceeded to tell me to call my Bank right in front of her while she was calling her manufacturer; at the same time.
I continue to tell the representative the current situation about the charges. That's when I thought again why am I calling if she has no proof that she only charged the card once. Joy then proceeded to asked to speak to the banker thus telling her over the phone verbally that on her end there is no pending transactions. That's when I became infuriated first you're telling me that you didn't charge my card which I can clearly see from my actual app on my phone that it was charged. Secondly I talk to a banker and states it was charged as 3 pending transactions. So basically you're calling me a liar and then your not resolving the issue as a sales associate. I've worked in retail for over five years I know exactly what it takes to deal with certain customers and trying to come up with a solution. This associate offered me no solutions just claims with a word to mouth statement plus no paper trail, no receipt claiming her accusations. My banker just tells me to wait to the pending transactions post to my account. I asked Joy to see if I can have a receipt of all the transactions that were charged or something that said that you voided the charge out on your system. She prompted to tell me that she doesn't have anyway to give me a receipt or something in writing of what was charged in the store. She tells me that she can take a picture on my cell phone of her monitor screen on her end of what she says did not go through.
Do not ever go to the store! they are worst with customer service and don't resolve your issues. Plus their low on stock on everything and are not knowledgeable of their product. When it comes to my money I do not play and neither does anyone else for that matter. Overall I was refunded the money through my bank. If you want unprofessional customer service be my guest and continue shopping at this particular beauty supply. No wonder why this building that burned down the first time.
