  • Yesterday evening my father and I went to dinner at balboa. It is one of our fave places to go. I absolutely love the barbecue sliders! They are so well made and the fries are delicious! Yesterday while dining our server was Tanner. I just have to say he was extremely attentive and friendly. He made sure my glass was always filled and even noticed that my order came out wrong before I did! He made sure to get it back to the kitchen and had my new order out in minutes, I wasn't complaining though because we had onion rings as an appetizer so I was already pretty full. My dad and I appreciated his service so much especially after he mentioned he was the there until 3 am the day prior and at work at 8 am that day, by the time we sat down for dinner it was already 6 pm. I know if that were me I would be pretty grumpy but tanner never let that show! My dad told his manager and complimented him directly! Such wonderful service and of course we will be back!
