  • If I could give this place -277 stars I would. Let me first start off by saying I was very optimistic with this location and Dr. Howard. My appointment was set for 3:15pm being a new patient. I arrived at 3:00pm. At 4:00, I asked the receptionist, "do you know how much longer will the doctor take?" She stated she would check. She then came back to tell me they don't have enough rooms so they are waiting on a room before they can take me back. Okay, I understand right, 50 mins later 4:50pm I am finally being called back I go over my history with the nurse. Great, finally I get to see the DR right!! WRONG! At 5:15pm I walk out of the room to grab the nurse she tells me the DR will see me in another 15-20 mins. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? The valley is full of competent OB/GYN's that can see me in a timely manner. I then got up and ran out of this place.. If you value your time and sanity(I swear the lobby was like a daycare children jumping on tables, crying, horrible crying) Run, Run, Run to another practice.
