  • Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service. I repeat, do not rent from here. Do not feel obligated to purchase their insurance or use their lock. It's all a ploy to get more money into the business. I contacted corporate and the CEO. Never heard a response back. Very unprofessional. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT rent from them.
