  • This may be one of the best kept secrets in Pittsburgh. Although, based on reviews, it seems like a lot of people are discovering and appreciating the gloriousness of Blue Dust. I'm a sandwich for dinner kind of gal. Always have been and always will be (low carb shmo carb- give been bread). I absolutely love all of the sandwich options here. Mix & match sliders are yummy and the honey teriyaki chicken wrap is great for those days I want to feel healthy. Also, I LOVE their red cabbage coleslaw. Sandwiches come with a choice of chips and salsa or coleslaw. I always order the coleslaw and they almost always bring me chips and salsa by mistake. This has happened 3 times... And now it's a running joke: Order the coleslaw, get chips and salsa, point out mistake to waitress and BAM! Suddenly I have chips, salsa, AND coleslaw. Can't complain about that spread! They also offer some great dinner specials (which are constantly changing) I had their beef brisket over mashed potatoes and it was delightfully delicious. Bonus: this place infuses their own liquor so there's always something exciting in-house. I've tried their espresso and chai vodkas (one in coffee and one served up White Russian style) and they were both perfect after dinner treats.
