  • There are no words to describe our gratitude for Dr. Veena and her assistant. Our Ozzy's condition worsened in a matter of a day and we knew it was time. I had emailed Dr. Veena at 3 AM and she called me at 9 AM, at the start of business hours. The same day she was available to come to our home. Ozzy had always been terrified of any medical procedures. Getting a nail trim required sedation. He was so calm when Dr. Veena have him his first shot that there was literally no reaction from him. He was perfectly calm. This was, of course, an incredibly difficult time but they did everything possible to ensure that it was as calm and comfortable as possible. After 12 years of being our family and best friend, the dignity and peace of being at home were the least we could do. We were able to enjoy every minute of his last day and he wasn't frightened or anxious.
