  • **** Tl;dr This is traditional express car wash service. Your car has an identical probability of getting damaged here as it does anywhere else. The differentiating factors of Clean Freak are that it's quick, affordable, and void of hard up-sells. **** Very rarely do I evaluate companies on Yelp. When I do, it's either because my experience was totally unexpected or because I do not believe the extant Yelp reviews accurately depict the firm. Clean Freak is a case of the latter - many of the negative Yelp reviews seem unwarranted. After reading some of the negative reviews, I wondered if there was something unique or proprietary about the car wash process. I wondered why so many people are complaining about this location as if there's something unique about it. There isn't. This is a normal car wash with a very traditional system. Had I not read any Yelp reviews prior to going, I wouldn't have thought twice about my experience. Given that the car was itself is the same as any other modern automated wash, where Clean Freak adds value is in the expediency of service and affordability. My entire experience took approximately 3 minutes, I paid $6 for the basic wash (which is exactly what I wanted), and my car came out as clean is it ever does from a car wash (which is clean). I'm moving across the country in a few weeks. If I wasn't, I'd certainly buy the $16 monthly pass. That's incredibly cheap and affords members a quicker service via a dedicated turn-style.
