  • It's a shame the great people working here are overshadowed by an angry and disrespectful barrista named Travis. He can be heard cursing and making fun of customers in back, telling me to put on a sweater or leave because he won't raise the temperature and generally being combative with customers. Since nothing changes I have to believe it isn't his fault, it is the manager, Cliff's fault since he allows this circus show to continue. Since my last review credit is due. Cliff, the store manager, made the time to approach me and let me know he does care and that certain corrective actions have been taken. Kudos to Cliff for his professionalism and taking action. Cheers!
