I cherished this vet for over 4 years. I had 3 dogs grow up coming here, up until last week was I always satisfied. I brought my Dog in for a lesion that appeared on him and for an ear infection. After getting 3 medications ear drops, a spray and 200 dollars later my pets health dramatically increased. The following week I was bombarded with phone calls and emails which is nice that they cared however they wanted him back for a recheck. NOTE I have never paid for a recheck going here for my other pets. So I decided to come back and let them follow up. After taking his temperature and looking over the lesion and checking his ears Dr.Lee told me to keep doing what we were and that everything looks good. He told us to have a nice day and walked out. I walked out of the room said goodbye to the secretary and got my dog into the car. After being screamed at to come pay and being rudely treated by a tech I was forced to pay 39 dollars for getting my dogs temperature taken. I was questioned from Dr. Lees wife how I would have know the dogs were fine if I hadn't brought them back, In which i informed my partner works for an animal shelter/vet and we have plenty of animal experience.
The money isn't the point of my bad review (although they did screw me over on a 45 dollar spray I could get online for 8 dollars.) The point of my bad review is their treatment of a outraged customer and how most of the staff treated me. This place does not practice good business and they lost me as a loyal customer who has spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars over the past four years over 39 dollars they wouldn't waive.
IF YOU GO HERE. I would only recommend Dr. Ford he is among the few that treated me with respect as a customer and seemed to have any sort of compassion for clients and their pets.
