  • I thought I'd give this place a try based on the good reviews. Holly has a very calm and nice personality. Unfortunately, the positives stop there. She asked what style I wanted. I had a lot of hair and showed her a few pictures of models with lots of hair. I asked her if she could do that. She said "Yes, of course," with 100% confidence so I trusted her since she is the owner and charges more than most Asian hairstylists. I started relaxing and noticed almost all of my hair was gone. Shavedto the point of an extremely thin layer of hair. How can she agree to do something and botch it up so bad? I told her I wanted a lot of hair. She didn't say anything. Based on the reviews, I assume she could cut men's hair but no that's not the case. Very disappointed. I noticed the guy before me had the same haircut as me and it was done by a male hairstylist. I think they just do cookie cutter haircuts here. Every guy gets the same haircut regardless. They don't have the skill to do custom hairstyles. How do you come in with a lot of hair and show a style with a lot of hair and leave with hardly any hair? This is borderline incompetence.
